Rental Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the rules for renting Surron electric motorbikes from Surron Żywiec in Juszczyna, Poland.
1. General information
The rental base is operated by Surron Żywiec, Juszczyna 424, 34-382 Juszczyna, Tax ID (NIP): 553-260-53-38.
2. Rental conditions
The rental agreement is concluded electronically via an online form. It requires the renter's details (full name, national ID number, ID document number, phone, email) and acceptance of these terms. After submitting the form, the renter receives a PDF confirmation of the agreement by email.
3. Renter requirements
Rentals are available to adults. Riders aged 16–17 may use the bike only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility. A driving licence is not required — the vehicle is used exclusively off public roads. Riding under the influence of alcohol or other substances is prohibited.
4. Payments
Rental payment and the deposit are due upfront, at pickup — cash or BLIK. The rental fee depends on the selected package (see Pricing).
5. Deposit
A refundable deposit is taken at pickup — 300 PLN for the Surron Light Bee X and 400 PLN for the Surron Ultra Bee — and returned right after the gear is brought back in good, complete condition.
6. Liability
The renter uses the vehicle at their own risk and responsibility. They are liable for the full value of the bike (15,000 PLN) in case of damage, destruction or theft caused by their fault, as well as for any fines or third-party claims arising from the vehicle's use.
7. Damages
In case of damage caused by the renter's fault, the renter covers the repair costs. If the damage is total (the bike cannot be repaired or repair is not cost-effective), the renter will pay the agreed vehicle value of 15,000 PLN.
8. Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled no later than 1 day before the rental date — by phone, text or email. Cancelling on the rental day or not showing up at the agreed time counts as a late cancellation.
9. Pick-up
Pick-up takes place at our base: Juszczyna 424, 34-382 Juszczyna, during opening hours (daily 8:00–20:00). The renter presents a valid ID document and confirms receiving the bike with its full gear set: helmet, goggles, protectors, gloves, charger, key.
10. Return
The bike is returned to the same location during opening hours. A return after the agreed time is treated as an extension of the rental.
11. Safety
Riding is only allowed off public roads — entering forests, parks and nature reserves is prohibited. Wearing a helmet at all times while riding is mandatory. Handing the bike over to third parties is prohibited.
12. Final provisions
Any amendments to this agreement require written or documented form (email) to be valid. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code.
